30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At KSBM Infotech Pvt. Ltd., we stand behind the quality of our AI solutions. All new clients are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our AI services within the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund—no questions asked.

Eligible Services

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to:

  • New subscriptions to Starter, Professional, and Enterprise AI plans
  • Custom AI development projects (initial deposit only)
  • AI chatbot implementation services
  • Workflow automation packages

Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of initial payment
  • You must provide feedback on why the service didn't meet expectations
  • Service must not have been abused or violated our terms
  • Custom development work completed beyond initial consultation is non-refundable

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already delivered and accepted by the client
  • Third-party integration costs and API fees
  • Training and consulting sessions already conducted
  • Mid-project or end-of-project payments for custom development
  • Renewal payments (cancellation available for future billing)

Service Cancellation

You may cancel your AI service subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Service will continue until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be applied
  • AI models and custom configurations may be deactivated after 30 days
  • Data export must be requested before cancellation for backup purposes

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method. Please note:

  • Bank processing times may vary (5-14 business days)
  • International transactions may take longer
  • Payment gateway fees are non-refundable

Pro-Rated Refunds

For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day guarantee period, we offer pro-rated refunds based on unused months, minus:

  • Setup and onboarding costs
  • AI model training expenses
  • 20% administrative fee

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about billing or refunds, please contact our support team first. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours of contact.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account details and reason for refund
  3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
