These Terms & Conditions govern your use of KSBM Infotech's AI services, including chatbots, workflow automation, AI integration, and custom AI development. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

AI Services Provided

KSBM Infotech offers the following AI-powered services:

• Smart Analytics & Predictive Intelligence solutions

Service Terms

All AI services are provided based on:

• Availability of resources and infrastructure
• Agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
• Subscription terms chosen by the client
• Compliance with applicable AI ethics and data protection laws

We reserve the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of our AI services at any time with reasonable notice to clients.

User Responsibilities

When using our AI services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information for AI customization
• Use AI systems in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our AI services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of access credentials and API keys
• Provide training data that you have legal rights to use
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models

AI Model Performance

While we strive for high accuracy in our AI models, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in predictions, recommendations, or automated responses. AI performance may vary based on training data quality, use case complexity, and external factors. Clients are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before making business decisions.

Intellectual Property

All AI models, algorithms, code, and technology developed by KSBM Infotech remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use the AI solutions but do not acquire ownership rights unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Client data and custom training provided for AI models remain the property of the client.

Payment Terms

Payment for AI services must be made according to the chosen plan (monthly, yearly, or custom). All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.

Services may be suspended for non-payment. Refund policies are outlined in our separate Refund Policy document.

Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms of service are violated
• AI systems are used for harmful or illegal purposes
• Payment obligations are not met
• Client conduct threatens our systems or other users

Limitation of Liability

KSBM Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our AI services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question during the preceding 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold KSBM Infotech harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our AI services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, India.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent website notices. Continued use of our AI services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
